These Terms & Conditions apply specifically to The Profitable CRM Workshop Series (“Workshops”), provided by Get Crystalized Agency, LLC.

1. Workshop Access

• Registration grants access to the live workshop sessions and replays.

• Replays are for personal use only and may not be shared or redistributed.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All registrations are final and non-refundable.

• If you cannot attend live, replays will be provided.

• At our discretion, tickets may be transferred to a colleague or credited toward a future workshop.

3. Community Access

• Series Pass holders receive 90 days of access to the Revenue Engine DIY Hub for peer support and accountability.

• Respectful participation is required. We reserve the right to remove disruptive participants without refund.

4. Educational Purpose & Tool Agnostic Disclaimer

• Workshops are educational. Results may vary and depend on your implementation.

• Workshops are tool-agnostic: for CRM-specific technical support, consult your vendor.

• Hands-on, all-in-one implementation is available separately through our Crystalized Growth Accelerator program.

5. Intellectual Property

• All workshop materials are the property of Get Crystalized Agency, LLC.

• You may use them for personal reference but may not resell, share, or republish them.

6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
