Her mission? To level the playing field for founders and entrepreneurs by providing them with affordable, high-ROI marketing technology solutions that enable growth—without breaking the bank.

In 2020, Juhl founded Get Crystalized Agency to deliver these solutions. During her search for a robust platform to run her own business, she discovered HighLevel—a powerful all-in-one marketing tool. After countless hours and thousands of dollars spent on apps, tools, and coaching, she realized HighLevel had everything she needed. But its sheer breadth of features presented a challenge: how could she simplify and scale this platform for others?

The solution came in the form of the Boss Assist Scalability Suite—a curated, Done-For-You solution that combines ease of delivery with the comprehensive tools founders need to succeed.

But Juhl didn’t stop there. She realized that even the best tools fall short without a solid foundation. This led to the creation of the Streamline and Scale Framework in 2024. This framework helps founders evaluate their businesses, align their processes, and develop measurable plans of action that drive growth.

With a focus on revenue operations, customer journey optimization, and business scalability, Juhl’s framework empowers founders to confidently navigate the marketing landscape, select the right tools, and achieve sustainable growth.

When she’s not designing high-ROI solutions, Juhl enjoys strength training, spending time with her American Pocket Bully, Dior, and cheering on her two sons, Dillon and Connor.
